ISO 9001:2015
JDM runs a structured ISO 9001:2015 quality management system designed to deliver stable performance in both standard and high-reliability magnet applications. Quality control is embedded across the entire manufacturing lifecycle, including:
- Incoming control (IQC): verification of key materials and components against agreed specifications
- In-process control (IPQC): process monitoring, dimensional control, and critical parameter management
- Final inspection (FQC): outgoing inspection and packaging verification before shipment
- Traceability: lot-based identification and controlled records for key production and inspection steps (upon request)
Where required by customer programs, we also support quality system requirements aligned with IATF 16949:2016. In parallel, our operations are managed under ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, ensuring controlled environmental practices and safe working conditions.
Compliance with global restricted substance regulations is maintained through a combination of internal QC procedures and independent third-party laboratory testing. Typical coverage includes RoHS, REACH, and other customer-specified hazardous substance requirements. Testing may be performed on a routine schedule and via spot checks depending on product category, customer requirements, and risk assessment.
